Type: Preferably built before 1930 or after 1960
Price: Up to 1000 €/m² (occasionally slightly more) in A locations
Up to 700 €/m² in B locations
Condition: low occupancy levels not a problem
  • predominantly residential use (commercial use > 25 %)
  • renovated or partially renovated (within the last 10 years)
  • development potential
  • development reserve on the top floor desirable
Location:  
  • quiet side streets

2. Empty owner-occupier flats / condominium units:

Size:   from 2 bedrooms / from 50 m² upwards  
Type: old buildings or built since 1992, / buildings from sixties/seventies only in A locations
Price: up to 1000 €/m² (occasionally slightly more) in A locations
up to 700 €/m² in B locations
Condition: 
  • collectively owned parts of property in a good state of repair
  • complete renovation of flats not a problem
  • purchase of blocks of flats possible
Location:  
  • quiet side streets

3. Project development of unconverted attics / sheds / other real estate

Size:   from 150 m²   
Type: preferably built before 1930
Price: up to 500 €/m²

  • quiet side streets
