These signs show you that a house or apartment is on the market or likely to be put on the market soon:
• Most obviously, you may hear from friends or people you know that they are planning to sell.
But other indices can also show that a sale is likely:
• Windows without curtains or blinds.
• The house or the apartment remains unoccupied over a long period.
• The letterbox has not been emptied for a long time.
• The owner or landlord begins surveying work in the apartment next to yours.
• Snow is not cleared in the winter.
If you notice any of these signs, you can ask the owner of the house or apartment what is planned. But you should approach us even if you have no further information. Our staff can take the matter from there.
